Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and select suitable materials for rotating and structural components based on system performance criteria.

Model material behavior under high-speed, thermal, and vibrational stress.

Design and test structural assemblies using FEA tools such as ANSYS or Abaqus.

Contribute to the manufacturability and modular design of the system for scalable production.
Preferred Qualifications:

Expertise in composite materials, alloys, and structural mechanics.

Experience in high-stress component design (e.g., turbines, rotors, motors, or drives).

Familiarity with thermo-mechanical coupling, fatigue analysis, and advanced fabrication techniques.
